Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. As soon as your order is approved, it is sent to the fulfillment center. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from one of our nationwide warehouses within 2 to 4 business days of the order. Including fulfillment and shipping time, you will typically receive your order within 4-9 business days of the order being placed.
Our default shipping is via UPS Ground, so you will receive your order promptly and can track its progress online. (Please note that the default shipping method to Alaska and Hawaii is via USPS Priority Mail). If your order is very time-critical, you can also choose from two other Express shipping options.
We offer Free Shipping via UPS Ground for orders of $25 or more. If you select an Express shipping method other than Standard Ground, the charge will be added to your order. For orders less than $25, our UPS Ground shipping flat rate is $9.50.
